ONSITE WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Warranty Coverage
1.1 This onsite warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the product as specified in the purchase agreement.
1.2 The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and lasts for 1 year.
1.3 The warranty provides repair or replacement of defective parts, at the discretion of the manufacturer/service provider.

2. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does NOT cover:
2.1 Damage due to accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters.
2.2 Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damages (scratches, dents, discoloration, etc.).
2.3 Consumable parts such as nozzle, print bed, or accessories unless explicitly covered.
3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1 The customer must provide proof of purchase (invoice) for warranty service.
3.2 The product must be accessible for the technician to conduct repairs.
3.3 Any data backup is the customerβs responsibility before service is performed.
4. Claiming Warranty Service
4.1 Customers must contact Creality SG via [Whatsapp/email/website] to request onsite service.
4.2 A service appointment will be scheduled within [3-5] business days.
4.3 If the issue is not covered under warranty, the customer will be informed of possible repair charges.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 The company is not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruptions due to product failure.
5.2 Warranty services are limited to repairs or replacement; no refunds or compensations will be provided.
6. Onsite Service Conditions
6.1 Users are required to contact our technician via WhatsApp regarding any issues encountered. For simple problems, the technician will provide troubleshooting guidance by sending videos or photos to assist in resolving the issue. If the problem persists, an on-site visit will be arranged for further repairs.
6.2 If the technician visits the site for repairs and determines that the user did not follow the requested troubleshooting steps to resolve the minor issue, a $60 fee will apply.
6.3 Onsite warranty is available only within Singapore. Additional travel costs may apply for remote locations.
6.4 If the technician determines that resolving the issue will take a few days, Creality reserve the right to arrange for the product to be shipped back for repair services. Creality will cover all return shipping fees and costs.
7. Governing Law
7.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore jurisdiction.
